Around five million people travel to the canyon each year, and most will see the canyon from the south bank, came to the scene and very little more. El Tovar Hotel

Built in 1905, the log structure still retain almost all the early days. If the weather is cold, stone fireplace will help to warm you. The lobby, pleasant countryside is a treasure chest of taxidermy. Rear patio provides a wonderful perspective to see the canyon.

Grand Canyon Railway

In 1989 the Grand Canyon Railway re-opened service along the route that was established in 1901. The trip, which lasted more than 60 miles in the car is returned from the Williams Depot to the South Rim to take the train through the pasture, livestock and national park land to the train station log-cabin at Grand Canyon Village.

Grand Canyon National Park is the sole national parks in that because of the desert that has grown into a small town itself, defend itself with the hotels, gift shops, post offices and various other services available to you when you visit the canyon .
